Dr. Wiggenstein and Weegor are working on a new building, and I, Mr. Wigwatts, was able to get a sneak peak. When you have as many connections as I do, you get to see a lot of classified stuff like this. I believe the new building will be added very soon to Woogi World, but I'd like to see if anyone can guess what the purpose of the building will be?Who knows, maybe if you get the answer correct, I'll throw some watts your direction. But I doubt anyone will be able to figure it out. I don't like giving away my watts!
